How ordering works
Package selection follows the nomination process

Add or claim the business
Create the business listing and confirm the appropriate owner or manager.

Add nominations
Add every eligible category and location. There is no package-based nomination limit.

Choose a package
Continue with Free or select an optional paid campaign package.
4
Select categories
Choose the nominations that receive assets or sponsored visibility.
5
Complete checkout
Review included categories, add-ons, and the final total before secure Stripe payment.
6
Launch the campaign
Access the voting page, links, QR codes, graphics, copy, embeds, and reporting tools.
Example order
A business with eight nominations
The business purchases Vote Pro, which includes one sponsored category. It then selects four nominations for sponsored promotion and adds the three-category sponsored bundle for $99.

Fairness and transparency
Paid promotion is separate from award results
Sponsored placements are labeled
Sponsored businesses will be identified using wording such as “Sponsored” or “Featured Sponsor.”
Votes are never sold
No package creates votes, increases vote weight, or alters validated vote totals.
Organic nominees remain visible
Businesses purchasing sponsorship do not replace or remove the normal nominee list.
Eligibility still applies
A business may sponsor only categories and locations for which it has an eligible nomination.
No guaranteed outcome
Purchasing a package does not guarantee votes, ranking, finalist status, or an award.
Free participation remains available
Businesses may continue using the standard listing and shared voting pages without purchasing a package.

Digital products only
City Best Awards will not provide printed signs, plaques, certificates, decals, trophies, or shipped merchandise this year. Packages may include digital print-ready files that businesses can download and print independently.
