This Privacy Policy explains how City Best Awards collects, uses, protects, and shares information when people use our local business discovery, nomination, voting, awards, and business-promotion platform.
1. Scope
City Best Awards (“City Best Awards,” “CBA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a local-business discovery, recognition, nomination, voting, awards, advertising, and business-promotion platform.

We may collect or maintain business names, addresses, service areas, cities, categories, telephone numbers, email addresses, websites, social-media links, descriptions, operating information, photos, logos, services, and other information associated with a business listing.
Business information may come from business owners or representatives, users, publicly available sources, business websites, directories, data providers, feeds, or other lawful sources.
