Downtown Works is more than just a coworking space. It’s where San Diego’s entrepreneurs, creators, and growing teams come to work, connect, and build something great.
One thing people notice right away is our team. Our staff truly cares about the people who work here. They know our members by name, celebrate their wins, and go out of their way to help however they can. It’s a level of hospitality you do not usually find in coworking, and it comes from the fact that Downtown Works is a family-run business that was born and raised right here in San Diego. This community means everything to us.
We also believe coworking should be simple and transparent. Our memberships are all-inclusive, which means no surprise fees or hidden add-ons. Members get fast WiFi, fresh snacks, premium coffee and tea, and meeting room usage included. The essentials should actually be included, not treated like upgrades.
And then there are the perks. Members get discounts to local businesses, deals on tickets to SeaWorld and Disneyland, and some pretty fun giveaways. Every month we raffle off concert tickets to some of San Diego’s most iconic venues like The Music Box, Observatory North Park, Belly Up, SOMA, and House of Blues. We also raffle off Padres tickets for every home game because work should come with a little fun too.
With four premium locations across San Diego in Little Italy, Carlsbad, Pacific Beach, and Mission Valley, members can choose the neighborhood that fits their vibe while still enjoying the same Downtown Works community and experience.
Our members also get exclusive access to events and networking opportunities through organizations like AMASD and Startup San Diego, giving them even more ways to grow their businesses and connect with the local startup community.
